As a manufacturer that frequently visits China, the biggest issue on all current Chinese sports bikes are the designer/engineers have zero racing background. But CFmoto had currently hired several Japanese pro racers and hopefully we'll see something amazing in the near future at a fraction of the price versus the Japanese and European sports bikes.

You must have never ridden a bike with drum brakes, it’s absolutely horrible. You grab all the front you can and stomp the rear, and you slow down gradually. Full braking it takes about 6 seconds to stop from 30mph
@CZ350tuner Жыл бұрын
@@love2fight205 Only British & Japanese drum brakes are bad. A European made Twin leading Shoe drum brake will lock up a front wheel at 70 MPH, especially with modern ceramic & sintered brake shoes. there are a lot of Chinese bike in my country. bone stock they are really underpowered, usually the 250s are really just a 220/225cc engines and they just say its a 250 for advertisement and they also put a smaller carburetor, injector, ignition coil, CDI to pass emissions and for cost cutting, doing that it also lowers the hp so to counter that they put a lower ratio sprocket. if you want it to perform somewhat decent. upgrade those and you dont even need to use the expense stuff.

I got a Chinese bike as my first bike this year. Ven x22gt 250cc. Now if I was a rich dude who had access to unlimited bikes, and my goal was to ride down the twisty roads at 90mph, win races, or go on a cross country tour... I guess I would say the bike "sucks." Riding around the city or taking 30 mile trips down the quiet state routes at a speed limit of 55 to your favorite waterfall or hiking spot... The bike does it's job and is fun to ride. Plenty of people, including myself get these bikes, have a great time with it, and don't have to spend a fortune on a big brand name bike to get in two wheels and feel the wind.

The Amazon bikes are perfect for a new rider. They are way more forgiving on the throttle. Dont go overly fast Light Perfect for a beginner esp if you throw in the fact you are basically the dealer so you learn how to fix them on a simple engine. We got it running and used vice grips for a.shifter

In all fairness, I wish to point out that you were matching a bike with a 229cc (or thereabouts) engine derived from a Honda engine from the 1980s, an engine originally designed to be used on bikes sold in third-world markets, with a "modern" 390cc engine intended for sport bike use. Not exactly a fair comparison. On the other hand, regarding the brakes, perhaps the "BOOM" logo on the tank is prophetical as to what happens immediately after applying those brakes.
