Good thing that you showed it, but also mentioning that Positive terminal gets disconnected BEFORE Negative terminal each and everytime you work. Then, when reconnecting, Pos, then Neg again. Always in that order is best. Also, Ive noticed running 16 or even 14 gauge solid copper wire and using it as fish tape is sometimes easier than pushing the cables.

You do not understand how much I absolutely LOVED this video! As a daily commuter, and highway traveller, this video speaks volumes! Thank you so much, love that throttle device!

All good things, except it would be more functional to route the USB connector to the front. That way you can plug in your Apple cable, a micro-USB/USB-C/etc or whatever. For extra function you could have selected one that has USB and a volt meter, plus a power switch, so whatever you plug in won't inadvertently drain your battery if you leave it plugged in. All in all though, excellent mods to make daily riding better.

I'm good for a solid wreck once a year. That's why I don't spend more than 3 bands on a bike once a year. On the up side I've got the opportunity to ride some sick bikes in the day like my 89 f1 hurricane that lasted 3 weeks

Right-angled tyre valves; letting you quickly fill your tyres like a car rather than having to work around the disk breaks.

It seems like this whole video is a rehab process to reform a gixxer squid into a sport touring dad. 😂

Oh thank god it's not a "$1500 pipe + tune" that does nothing except make a bike really irritating.

First things I did to my new to me 2017 sv650. #1 NELSON Commuter sport tail bag. #2 usb charger mounted on handle bar. #3 ram mount. It already had a windscreen, sliders, tail tidy and tank grips. I may try a throttle lock now that I've seen it done. Thanks Papa Yams!

This is a good video and comment section and gets into what I refer to as the psychology of motorcycling. I may be a newer rider but being alert and present all the while knowing how to prevent and avoid an accident is so important to keeping us safe out there.... It's been sometime since I've had a close call which I attribute to my continual pursuit of motorcycle psychology knowledge.

Yammie I've been watching your videos for a few weeks now when i decided to sign myself up for a MSF course. I'm in Louisiana and i did my MSF through Harley Davidson instead of through a State Course. What really impressed me is that they offer a Jumpstart program at HD. Just a bike on a dyno to learn how to work the clutch and gear shift and get familiar with the controls. Just took the MSF course ober the weekend and after receiving my certificate i went to the dmv and got my endorsement on the license. Thanks for all the knowledge and tips before I took it. You really helped a brother out.

my favorite here in Europe is the BMW GS boomer. A balding, insignificant, boring 45+ man, with a belly and a sore back, runs away from home ( the bike is just a tool for that ), from responsibility, from his unbearable wife and naughty children. When he can, he leaves the helmet on so they don't notice how boring he is. He goes to cafes, restaurants, and shops in full riding gear, with protectors up to his neck, which makes him look even bigger. A big man needs a big bike and here in Europe there are not many bikes bigger than the GS 1250. He only likes big, powerful bikes, because he dominates them as a man. BMW is a BMW overall he says. His wife nods boredly when something stupid comes up on the motorcycle from Aliexpress. He thinks that girls in their 20s want a big man with a big motorcycle. Sometimes he falls for a 20-year-old girl who is a little fat, a little ugly, but can restore his confidence. He will not fuck her, he is more cowardly than that. According to him, only the weak don't drive a motorcycle below 5 degrees (neither does he), and he even leaves for work with a 2 cubic meter box. If you ask why he doesn't take it off when he doesn't go hiking, but to work what is 2 km away, he gets offended. He always posts on Facebook and FB groups ( where the many GS boomers bid on who is more masculine at 50+ years old ) how tenacious he is, that in Febr-March he already goes to the beach in the neighboring country to "just drink a good coffee". Typically, he buys boomer stuff, in winter, when he can get it 2% cheaper ( because he is nod a dumb person ) in the store: high-vis jacket, neon green helmet, jeans with inserts, cool motorcycle shoes, the sicker ones with leather vests. He is often seen with his boxes on track days as well. He puts the lap times of the "crap" tires. If more people are watching him while he is in a corner, he overextends himself and falls. Damn, lovely ppl.

Don't care what it is, as long as it has two wheel, an engine, a greater displacement than 300cc and isn't a sports bike. All good after that. Bikes. Nothing else matters.
