I've learned it's a horrible idea to listen to this while drunk. Especially when you're uh... well less than perfect in the mental health department. I know I did and it fucked me up rightly. Or maybe it was that I listened to this, then went into depression anxiety mode and just started slamming beers before stopping myself just shy of cracking open a bottle of some stuff and _really_ fucking myself up. And I mean... the way I felt, if I got really fucked up while in that mindset... ooh... just ooh, that might not end well. I'm chill now though. Okay, I'm still a mess, but I'm a cool and collected mess.

The worst is the way it gets to that point, you realize that your classmates and "friends" never text you first, whenever you are in a group of people almost nobody adress you unless you speak to them first, and when you do they give you short concice answers. Its in the little details that you realize that you are getting alienated. The others don't care for you for some reason, not as much as the others. You are like a ghost that only rarely manifest and when you do the others seem uneasy, bored, or downright disgusted with your presence. Somtimes it was becaus of somthing, like being the least favorable classmate or collague becaus you were the worst among your peers. Somtimes you just don't know why. Those are the worst scenarios, the ones where people turn thier back on you and slowly drift away but you aren't sure why, you try to come up with a concrete reason but just can't, its as if theres somthing in your eyes that just isn't right. Finding love becomes impossible, potential partners don't even want you as a friend, you try and try, maybe next year. Or the one after that. But it just keeps going. At some point the rejection becomes so overwhelming that you can't take trying anymore. Its like a nightmare that slowly unfolds, at some point you notice that the water is boiling. The advantage of youth has been drained from your body. Wrinkles settle as valleys on your face eroded over time by tears. The maws of time chewing in your bones and legiments, the only reminder of your early years being bitter loneliness, academic failure, ridicule, emotional abuse, bullying and the acne scars on your cheeks. At some point you can't even look yourself in the mirror anymore. I know i don't, i dont want to. As you go to sleep in your tiny crammed apartment, you remember some silly song from when you still had some hope.

POV: You're being forced to go to a school dance by your parents. You hate social events. They make you anxious. Still, your parents are determined to get you to make friends. You enter the building and you can already feel a panic attack creeping over you. The gym is hot and crowded and strobe lights are going off everywhere. There are way too many people crowded in here and you feel yourself beginning to tear up. As more people rush in around you, you feel your breathing growing more and more erratic. You...You have to get out of here. You're finally able to stumble into the bathroom. You refuse to look at yourself in the mirror. You already know what you look like: red puffy eyes, sweating bullets, throat dry and most importantly, the inability to breathe properly. You stumble into a stall and lock yourself in before you curl up into a little ball in the corner, with your knees pulled up beneath your chin and your arms wrapped around your legs. You rock yourself back and forth to ease yourself but find it fruitless. The world is spinning and you can now only faintly hear the music playing in the gym. This was a terrible idea. You knew it all along. And now, you're paying the price alone in the bathroom.

This actually reminds me of an old memory when I was young. I was half asleep at that time, me and my parents went to this carnival and well.. as things go, I had fun there, though most of the memories of what we did there have been forgotten in time, there are still some that remains. One of em is me being half-asleep. My parents slowly putting me on the back seat of our car, as my eyelids were slowly closing itself from exhaustion. It was almost midnight that faithful event, when my parents went inside the car and me slowly falling to sleep. But before that, before I lost the rest of my memories that fun and happy night of my childhood. I recall looking at the side window of our car, my dad was already driving as we slowly made our way out of the vicinity of the Carnival we went. All that I can remember that time was seeing the carnival lights, the cars that went in and out of it, the fireworks, and even the Ferris wheel.... but there was also another thing that I won't forget when I saw that. That thing was the sound... muffled because I was inside the car, and slowly loosing its magnitude from us moving away. All that I recall, was the laughter, joy, and happiness coming out of that carnival, as the music of muffled tune like this music video gave was slowly imprinted in my the far reaches of my brain. I dunno what you guys are talking about, but for me, this doesn't sound anywhere near death or dying or of any sorts to me. All that I can hear from this are those muffled memories of yore, our childhood, dreams, things of those sorts, but most of all, memories of young me inside that car my dad drove. It's rather soothing to say the least.

Northern lights There are people who want to help, even if you don’t see them right away. Sometimes they just help get you a good therapist, which honestly a lot of people could use. It’s okay to get some help.

This song is the feeling of knowing your childhood best friend is suicidal.

This song reminds me of staying outside of a huge party and being alone in the frosty christmas air. You look at the landscape around you, and you hear someone in the distance. It's a good friend of yours, and they ask you what's wrong? You tell them that it's nothing and you just wanted some fresh air. You two talk about life and what you want to do now that the pandemic is starting to clear up. Then you proceed to look at the stars for a good while. No drama. No arguments. No outside noise. It's just nothing but the sounds of the electricity going into the single lightbulb hanging outside and the breathing of you and your friend as you enjoy this moment for a long time.
