I Put Ocean Water In A Jar, Here's What Happened

The Oceans are full of small life!! We are making a self sustaining ecosystem inside of a jar in Galveston Texas on the Gulf of Mexico. Although Galveston is not a coral reef, there is SO much life in the jar.

Ok... If you didn't add anything to that jar... Going to the beach just added exponential multitudes of oh hell no! That was seriously crazy fascinating. I am truly interested in some identifications of all that crazy stuff as well as routine updates of the goings on.

I know this video is pretty old - I live in NYC and am thinking of creating one of these! The Hudson River water definitely isn’t as clean looking as the water you collected here but I’ll try my best
