Mark you made me F cry mate!! I do feel you so much! like really, that one step back, makes more choices and more (better) changes. I can completed agree, sometimes is the best thing in the world! I have been work for a great company for almost 2 decades, but also here, I felt the need to change, the work is still the same, doing road detours in The Netherlands, It was not that i wanna changes "side" but it was more that a felt like the connection is gone, like feel left apart. The best decision I made when I swapped to another, more a family based "detour" company, smaller, less growth, but way more direct contact with other contractors and co-workers. Feelings and mindset is key for everything but HOME is the most important of them all, if they suffer then I suffer and that's what the main problem that needs to be fixed. Sincerly Jav
