skl, umabot ako sa point na naiinggit na ako sa ibang kababata ko. Na at such a young age alam na nila ang passion nila alam na nila yung field na magaling sila. pero ako, wala, until now. Nakaka frustrate pag tinatanong ako ng tao na "anong kaya mong gawin/anong talent mo?" wala akong masagot. Nakakalungkot. As of now, hinahanap ko pa rin yung bagay kung saan ako magaling. Maraming beses na rin ako nagtanong kay Lord kung "Para saan ako." Pero i think, he's taking his time to write my life story.

Omygaaaasshhh. This is so timely😭 I was actually crying a while ago. Habang nanonood kami ng tv ng buong fam, biglang tinanong ako ng nanay ko, "Kathy, ikaw ano bang pangarap mo?" Wala lang, natulala lang ako. Ang naisagot ko lang, "Pangarap ko? Maging masaya lang." Naisip ko rin na nagiging ungrateful naba ako. I have all these achievements from school. Omygosh. I can't even believe that this was me 7 months ago. I'm still happy about the decisions I made. Siguro nafeel ko to dati kasi I transfered to a WAY BIGGER SCHOOL. I was not in my comfort zone and it was my first time to deal with an environment where bigger opportunities were offered. Everyday, naiintimidate ako sa mga tao sa paligid and wala akong ibang inisip kundi yung hindi ko deserve kung ano mang binigay sa'kin. Sometimes, it still makes me think twice about everything. But now, I'm happy. Its crazy to look back from where I started but it makes me excited to think where I would be standing in the future. I hope you'll eventually find yourself too. I know u will.

@@kitkatchaaaa things were the exact opposite for me, I am in a School where everything is done on a conventional way. Never got to try new things because as the defense mechanism "eh yan nakasanayan eh, bat pa babaguhin". We were never offered new opportunities, never did they teach us to find ourselves and discover our wants, hobbies, and something we'll love, instead they ask and ask and ask "anong gagawin mo sa college?" "ano na ang plano mo, hindi na kayo mga bata dapat magdesisyon na kayo, hindi naman humihinto ang oras para sa inyo" as if there is a deadline, as if dapat pare pareho kami ng timeline. They made us think na oras ang kalaban, at walang "passion" "passion" sa totoong buhay. People could be more happy only if there was an extra little push from the people tht could've nurtured us rather than pulling us back and molding us to someone we don't even wanted to be.

This video was indeed an eye opener. I'm struggling with my job as well. It's also my dream job, and when I was in college, katulad mo, very eager din akong magkaroon ng work right after graduation. And just like what you told us in this vlog, sobrang hirap talagang i-face ang reality. Dito ko na-realize, it's really difficult to become an adult. Daming complications. Hello Ben, Trevor here. I’m having a depressive episode right now and naglilinis ako ng bahay namin, buong bahay namin, kasi it’s one of my coping mechanism. Anyway naisipan ko manuod/makinig ng YT vids and ayun, napadpad ako rito sa video-ng ito. I’m really thankful na napanuod ko ‘to kasi medyo tumulo luha ko (medyo lang hahaha) pero nakatulong siya to lessen my thoughts on what I’m going through right now. I’m really thinking about vlogging for the longest time na since 1st year college (about 5 years ago) pero wala akong lakas ng loob gumawa ng content, isa pa run ang lack of materials ko for vlogging like laptop for editing and camera. Maybe soon I’ll start vlogging kapag may work na at makabili na ng necessities at siyempre buo na loob ko to try this. Sana maka-collab kita soon kung magva-vlog man ako hahaha isa ka sa mga hinahangaan kong youtuber :) I know you might not read this pero I just want to share this kasi this video hit me right in the heart kasi first time din kitang nakitang ganito haha. Honestly, I’m watching your blog from time to time just because I’ve got the hots for you. It’s a big bonus though when I encounter contents such as this, because it brings blogging in touch with the reality of life. Now let’s dissect your points. First, you refuse being poor. Good point, everyone should. If watching your blog makes some forget to work, they should stop already. Entertainment will never be a substitute for food on one’s table, and it’s not everyone’s reality. You went to school unsure of what you liked, but you went through the process, learned and persevered to finish it. I think this is the most important point here. Education is important. Learning is important in whatever you do. You held a corporate job and worked hard. It earned you well, took you places maybe, but it was uninspiring and burned you out. So you left your job. But through your corporate life, you worked hard to learn things, and that’s what’s important. Learning. Then you handled your family business and learned the ropes of it - how to handle finances, how to deal with people and customers. You may have found out it’s not totally for you, that you enjoy something else. But still, you learned something from it. Now you are blogging. In your daily(?) content production you learn something. From all these learnings, you get to improve on whatever you do. And you mentioned another salient point here: bloggers should not only work for praises. They should reflect on all kinds of feedback, learn from them and better themselves and what they do from these feedback. That’s why you’re still my favourite blogger. You talk sense (well, most of the time at least). That you are gorgeous is jus a bonus 😆. Now, will you marry me?

Right now I'm doubting myself and since we're in quarantine, mas nahirapan akong magfocus sa mga bagay bagay katulad ng online classes because I have so many time for myself and so much time for procrastinating. Sobrang napagaan mo loob ko kuya Ben. Gosh it's a really nice content. Relate ako, until now di ko parin alam ang gusto ko. I used to have a dream job/career din pero di ko alam kung gusto ko prin siya until now kasi kung titignan ko parang di na ako nababagay sa job/career na yun. I'm currently a working girl for 3 months after graduation. My job is related sa course na tinake ko, course na kahit kelan di ko pinangarap pero dto ako bumagsak. Praying na lang lagi kay God kasi kahit papano may mga magagandang effect naman. I just hope and pray na sana dumating yung araw na sasabhin kong "I love my job and I'm so much happy".

Thank you kuya Ben! Nagrereview ako ngayon and about to take the ECE board exam on October. I've been telling myself most of the time na "may plano ako. After I take and pass the boards, I'm gonna do this or that" but then I always have this thought in my mind saying na hindi ako sigurado sa mga bagay na yun kahit pa planuhin ko. Tapos dun na ko sa part na "ano ba talagang purpose ko?" Pero ayun kuya Ben, kailangan muna magfocus sa review and boards before ko malaman kung ano ba talaga yung passion ko. Hi I'm psychology major. Second year palang po. But based on what I'm taking HR are the one's responsible to provide enough help to employees in order to be productive. I think u should try to reach out and not let yourself be swallowed by burn out in your work.

If you feel like toxic na talaga yung job mo for you, then give yourself a break. I've been in the same situation last year. It was my first job and somehow hindi ko gusto isipin ng tao na nagquit ako kasi hindi ko kaya. So i kept on delaying my resignation to the point na papasok nalang ako sa work para gawin yung tasks kahit di na ko masaya sa ginagawa ko. Then came Feb 2019, I told myself na I have to free myself from toxicity kasi sobrang nakaka affect na siya sa mental health ko to the point na napapanaginipan ko na bosses ko and mga stuff na dapat sa office lang. So ayun. I rendered my resignation Feb then effective siya 2 days before ng birthday ko. I said that it will be my gift to my self. So yun same day sa effectivity ng resig, I flew back to my home town then the day before my birthday, I had a job interview. And now I am happy with my new job. 😊 Now that I think of it, di ko naman pala talaga kinailangan mag bakasyon grande or anything para mag destress, I just had to change my work environment kung saan happy ako. I will be praying for your mental health and that you will make the right decisions in God's perfect time 🤗

Ive been really down and confused the past weeks because my family somehow doesn’t support me of making vlogs for my hobby and hopefully future career. And b I’m in a place i dont fully like (abroad) I’ve been depressed everyday, started to question myself and felt really lost till I saw this vid. I guess we went to the same FMCG company Ben. I was part of their MT Program and I was privileged to be part of their first ever leadership immersion. I quit that high paying job to push through with my passion in business. Now, I am still on the search of what I really want in life. This video reminds me of what really my purpose is. Don’t ge me wrong din pipz But everytime i see nakaka kita kasi ako ng mga employees at workers na halos sumasahod lang ng 300 or minimum a day and yet they don’t complain ...ung tipong marami trabaho na mas mahirap pa sa corporate world at kailangan magbilad sa initan araw araw peru you don’t see them quiting... tapos my mga ilan na sumasahod ng malaki and yet chooses to quit kasi di na fulfilling talaga nakaka sad... marealize mo na di talaga pantay ang mundo... kasi mga taong tinitake for granted ung mga magaganda bagay sa buhay nila kasi my iba pa sila option... how sad na hindi lahat my second option ...
