I QUIT my JOB because AI is BETTER than ME 💔 Draw with me! | Storytime

Hi! In today's video, we're going to draw and paint an entire page of a sketchbook together. I prepared all the sketches before recording, so that on the video I could already go to the most interesting stage of creating the work - coloring. If you follow me on Instagram then you know that some time ago I added a story where my followers could decide what I should draw in my sketchbook. I chose 3 characters - 2 characters from anime series (fanart) and 1 original character Kuolena who belongs to Jonahsartcorner on Instagram. The first suggestion is Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer and the second is Sailor Moon. I'm sure many of you associate this shot with the anime because a few years ago there was a very popular Draw this in your style challenge of just this screenshot from the series. I have a love-hate relationship with the HIMI MIYA gouaches which I used in this video. I am constantly learning how to paint with HIMI MIYA gouaches. I will also talk about how I left a job where I felt cheated and abused. Something like a storytime. I will describe how AI has influenced my work. AI has proven to be better because it is a cheaper option for the employer than an employee's salary. I tell the story of my first job, which I resigned from after more than a month. My ex boss told me that my work hasn’t helped him much at all in developing his business. He wanted to make my salary level dependent on how much he earns from it. I would work hard and if he didn't earn anything from it, I wouldn't get my salary... I also talk about my parents, who support me in every situation. Nothing happens for a reason, because a day later I was offered a collaboration with an art brand. You will be able to see the results of the collaboration on my channel soon. As you know, I love acrylic and gouache techniques. I can reveal that I will be testing acrylic markers on the collaboration video. I'm really happy! I want to fulfil my dreams of working as an artist. I promise to work hard to share my passion with you, trust me!

That guy definitely sounded like he wanted to take advantage of your inexperience in working for companies. But also never start working until you know your salary and you sign a contract for it. I hope you are doing better now though ❤ As for Ghibli movies, I recommend Princess Mononoke or Nausicaa of The Valley of The Wind.

In the future if you ever work for someone else ALWAYS get your salary and benefits in writing before working for them. But love your art!!! Sorry that happened to you. I'm thinking he thought he could take advantage of your lack of experience in the traditional job market and because of your illness. (with maybe a dash of sexism thrown in)

You are right! In this case I just didn't expect any problem, due to the fact that my salary expectations were not that high at all. Plus, my aunt works there and praised the boss very much 😭 I have a lesson for the future, although so much good came out of this situation. Some time ago the boss called me again, said that he had thought everything over and would like to renegotiate again. I refused. I’m sorry you had to deal with that. You seem like a really sweet person, and it sounds like you deal with enough with your dentist visits. I think you did the right thing leaving instead of staying just because you needed money. I hope people realize AI can’t replace people ❤️💖✨
