Being a black girl in tech wasn't easy! That's why I quit my job and learned to code. Now I am a freelancer and able to work as a self taught freelance web designer + developer. In this video I reflect on what it was like in my first tech job, and the outcome of me quitting without a plan. I also share one of the things that help me gain my confidence back before saying goodbye and taking on a new venture.
