I've worked for one company since graduating from college. But everything just changed. Due to so much incredible support, I decided to quit my job so that I can focus on being a full time videographer.

Rooting for you brother. I'm in the same boat right now. Next year I'll hit 10 years of service in the USAF and don't know if I want to stay in. Military life has been great and made me who I am but my passion is in videography and real estate. With the current pandemic and uncertainty in the world it's got me scared to leave a secure job to pursue my passion. I been working my passion projects on the side but want to go full time when the time is right. How did you know when the time was right to take the leap of faith?

Jon Cruz - VETs to CEOs knowing when to make that jump is really tough. Personally I’m glad I had no idea this pandemic situation was coming when I cut the cord in January or I may have made me pause. I knew it was time when I was starting to turn away business opportunities on a regular basis that I couldn’t pursue due to the limitations of my day job. Plus I had enough weddings and such that a good amount of my day job’s income would be easily replaced. But like you said too, it’s a “leap of faith”, so we had to have faith that more work would be out there and so far it has been even amongst a crisis. At this point, we figure if our new business can survive a pandemic, it can thrive in a normal year
