Hi Minyoung, I'm so sorry that you haven't been able to get the planner! We responded to your emails the same day on July 31st but both came back to us as undeliverable. We did also check our system to see why you didn't get the planner and we couldn't find your email address (the one you emailed us from), so from our end it looks like you never signed up for the planner. We've had hundreds of people sign up for the planner without any problems, so there's something unique going on here--but we're happy to help troubleshoot! Here are some next steps we can try: 1.
