Hey congratulations 🎉 it’s really eyes opening to realize that the sugar is everywhere. I’m in my day number 22 😁 I feel very good and I feel more confident and beautiful. I’m eating cake for my birthday in the weekend though. And I don’t have crabs anymore that’s amazing

I do as well. I think this is no problem at all. White added sugar is the main problem.

Ok are you ready for this? I used to be addicted to Chocolate & Pepsi max. Had both everyday. For 71 days now, I have had no sugar, no bread, no fruits, no soda, nothing with sugar in at all. In that short time, my sleep is way better & deeper, my teeth are naturally cleaner, I am losing weight consistently, I have much more energy, much more focus in my work, more muscle development when i exercise, No more inflammation anywhere in my body, no more depression (I used to suffer from that), no more headaches (used to get migraines), my eyesight has improved, my hair is stronger, no allergies anymore, far less sweating when i exercise (no toxins to release i guess), my gums are healthier and improving all the time & the plaque i had on my teeth has fallen off and is not growing back. These are the ones i can think of. In short, it is basically everything. I am stronger, fitter, more peaceful and healthier for it. Eating mostly beef, fish, eggs & fats, drinking mostly water with a couple of coffees a day. That's it. Very simple way to be healthy and strong.
