This is more than just another run, this is more than 10 marathons in 10 days, this is more than all of that. This is a culture homecoming and the journey along the way. I ran 300 miles from Seoul, South Korea, along the Four Rivers Trail to Busan. This is my journey.

Running isn't just a physical activity; it's a journey that leads to self-discovery and growth. Every step you take, every mile you conquer, is a testament to your strength and determination. Remember, every run, no matter how small, is a step closer to the best version of yourself. What a motivation Matt!!!

Great video Matt, I also came to the United States when young with my parents, now at 48 with 7 marathons (I saw you in NYC last November) I'm an American by choice I love the US with all my heart but I also love my birth country equally. Neither are perfect but I wouldn't have it any other way. We'll never fully fit the American or Foreing mold but that's what makes us who we are... your mental strenght comes from the struggles from the past and I'm glad you are able to share it with all us. Hope your foot is better.

Great Job....love this. As I have evolved as a runner shifted my focus and transitioned into Ultra Running 10 years...I look at running as a journey, a time and place to escape and be in the moment with myself and others who chose to suffer, discover and grow in similar ways. I will never remember the "finish time" I will remember the time spent with friends and people I meet along the way.

Very nice, well done. Korea is an awesome country for cross country activities. I've done that route on a bike a couple of times, and have wondered what it would be like to run it. Then I dismissed the idea as madness. You've proved me wrong! Next you should try running the east coast, from the DMZ to Busan. That's a real monster!

You have great stuff, and it was a lot of fun watching. If only I could run like you. I've only been doing 10Ks, hoping to get farther and faster in the future. BTW, It's Mungyeong and Sangju at 23:30! Just tiny typos!
