Dragons > High Noon. You have to hard commit to a High Noon and walk into the open to kill someone, whereas Dragons can be shot through a wall and make space or finish off a low character that's hiding without peeking them

No one plays Brig in low elo because everyone expects to be pocketed and expect healing when they ask for it. Repair packs are all people think Brig can provide. Those who are aware of Inspire, probably dislike her slow heal rate. Brig is actually really good in low tiers if you know how she works. Brig is basically my security blanked support in QP because it takes no effort to provide value. If I can't hit shit with Zen and/or keep getting dove, out comes the Brig.

Doom ult is A tier, as the whole character. Yes it'sgreat for escaping, and keeping up ability cycles and survivability, but damage is less than mid and the time you need to spend to get your resources back from it is time you're spending away from your team. The repositioning is more of a myth than anything, as if you try to slam in the middle of the enemy team and they have some CC you can stay sure you're gonna die before being able to input anything. Finally, it's incapacitated by most CCs: Hinder, Hack, Trap, and Cage Fight too (last one is stupid). Doom rn is very very strong, and I say it as a Doom main, so I don't think his ult needs no buffs nor reworks. I would trade some less damage for the ability to ult through Cage fight tho; but nothing too crazy.

Cassidy is better than Hanzo. Why? High Noon has more situations where you can actually get a kill -> for example a pharah flying in the open which is very common for low ranks is a free HN Kill, while you cant even kill a bronce with a proper aimed dragon.

Im a low elo ish Bastion main and yeah the ult does almost nothing. Sometimes you will get a kill but genuinely the only thing its good for is killing Anas or Zens. The problem ist there is so rarely a window to actually use it. Low elo Bastion is played close to your team and because everyone in low elo is so bunched up its almost never worth it to leave the teamfight find cover and use it. You either use it from spawn or before a fight hoping to get lucky with it.

Don’t forget that brig’s ult can stun 90% of the hero roster out of their ults, even junk rat can be stunned out of his ult. She also can absorb diva’s bomb and makes everyone immune to widow 1 shots for 30 seconds.

New to the game console Bap bronze here (the respect I have from you now must be crazy). A few of my very randomly organised thoughts: - I literally don't know what most of these do and you rarely gave descriptions so I still don't. That's not a criticism, I understand most of your audience will know. It was still interesting to me. - I'm surprised Mercy is in the conversation for worst ult. I've played her the second most and I fully get that she sucks and I'm not going back, but I found her ult to be the best part of her kit. When I was playing in a party (this is bronze/silver, so translation here is when we actually had people not running in solo), I found it to reliably win us the team fight. I'm not saying that it's amazing or that it's as good at high elo, but worst in the game feels wrong. - I now know where those mines come from lol. I didn't know what they were. That said, if I didn't even know what they were and have still always seem them a mile away and just shot them intuitively and never died or even taken any damage from them... How is that ranked above 5 other ults? - Pharah at B feels crazy. I think recently (let's ignore my first week or so of the game), I've killed her out of her ult more often than she's killed me using it. Again, I'm bronze. Surely this is worse at high elo. Her ult feels like a glorified reset button most of the time. - I don't really know what Echo's ult does. IDK what access she has to the cooldowns on who she copies. Based on comments I think she has her own health pool and that's why she shouldn't make herself a tank? I'm here to tell you that the bronze Echos definitely got that memo. I never see them copy a tank. I see them copy my Bap about half the time tbh. Still feels like a very weak ult in bronze though, she just dies almost straight away. - Sombras and Moiras are my most hated enemies. As I'm usually on an off angle (and bronze team mates will never be aware and turn), Sombras are always hacking me and 1v1ing me. I probably win a little over half of these but that's not a trade that I like. It sounds like her EMP is just a team wide version of this? I'll tell you now that's basically meaningless at low elo. I can definitely see it being the top ult at high levels, but you made it clear this tier list was taking all levels into account, making this ranking for sure wrong. - Soldier ranking confused me. You said it was meaningless as those shots all get hit anyway, which is just absurd. I don't care if you're the best soldier player in the world, you're not hitting all those shots. At low elo this is a strong ult. - I didn't know you could shoot the tyre, so thanks. Never thought to try.

A cool trick with Mauga, while LW may suck, he gives Mauga the best combo in the game. Mauga throws down ult. His LW grips him out and now all the other team is stuck in the cage while al of Maugas team just shoots through the shield amd kills them all for 10 seconds

I feel like the best way to use pharah ult is in. A duo say you have a friend who plays ashe make them rip out the bob to get the enemy team low the you use your ult and finish them off and you both get the kills and most likely kill 3/5 of the enemy team which will give you enough time to camp objective.

Yeah this makes mostly no sense bro, you can't just rank raw ult while they just interact diffrently, take the first ults you listed, a rip tire is strong as raw ult, but in reality a genji popping blade will force out min. 3 enemy ults 90% of the time and a tire gets either shot or you jump in as junk and hope to dont get popped until you can land in their team and 5k. That's about it with the rest of the ults. L rank

I'm in low elo(Gold 3). Whenever i window(bap ult) for the entire team use-they literally avoid the window. It could be in the most obvious and main paths in the team fight but they will go above and beyond to turn an advantage into a disadvantage

The only way Hammond mines are good is if you are on the enemy team farming support ult charge off of them that’s it , and if you solo anyone out that can’t get out of a slam ult combo , or if it doesn’t get instantly suzud or lw pulled, it is good for contesting and blocking off areas and if you use mines inside of a building that’s it, I put it at high c because he builds ult quick too it’s simply not an ult it’s more of an ability almost like rein shatter

Gold is perry average, sure they're far from top tier and make more mistakes, of course, but this acts like they're roblox children who walk off the map 3 times a round and who nano-blade the wall then collapse instantly to a stray helix rocket that somehow missed the Rein shield even though he kept it up the entire time... bronze on the other hand Though I hate how accurate the idea of us running face first into window and kitsune rush is too accurate (especially if they're my teammates!)

Highnoon is pretty bad. You can find places for it, but it won't feel like an ult. I like highnoon for stuff like stopping a mercy res. DVa bomb doesn't get kills like it used to, but it's nice for getting a fresh mech. Hanzos big arrow needs a combo, it's cool for indoor battles though.

Disagreed. Even if you manage to hide low elo players dedinitely wont be able to walk backwards into cover to keep shooting the enemy. Even if you dont get a kill you are still guaranteed to send the enemy into a paniced frenzy which your team can follow up on. Also you can just pop it on a control point and force everyone off. Really valuable especially during overtime.

Reaper ult in console is also trash. Half the good players on console are zimming and you just die if you try to use it to team wipe. Even with Zaria bumble is very inconsistent. It’s good if you use it to kill one person, in a situation you probably woulda won anyway

Doom ult used to be pretty decent before the healing "buff" but now it just takes too long to build for healing that gives you less hp than slamming back down immediately for overhealth and guarantees you get hooked or slept.

Ok I know we meme about Mr. TWO GUNS!!! But Blossom is so fucking ass. Imagine an ult that can be easily countered by playing a shotgun hero and just shooting him. That's not even counting how almost every single character in the game has a button that just straight up deny Blossom outright and/or save themself. Saying Blossom is a good shield-breaker is the same argument as Highnoon is a reload. Hell if we make the shield break take, then noon can do the same thing at a safer distance and damage reduction, albeit less effective.
