I would put Slovenia in B and Portugal in C. When you see the Slovenian and Portuguese squads then Slovenia did good while Portugal did bad. You can put England in B because they made it to the final. That's what saves them from C considering they played terrible.

Look at all the English complaining in the comments XDDD I think the list is fair and anyone arguing that England should be placed higher in the list should rewatch all England games without changing their mind. Results as they say speak for themselves, but my god, have they been playing dogshit. Almost losing to Slowakia, drawing against Serbia, got lucky against Switzerland. The only decent match they had was against the Netherlands, but that's literally it. Being in the same tier as Portugal and France is arguably exactly what they deserve. How can you play so shitty with the most expensive squad of all-time. That's insanity. Love to Scotland from Germany, it was awesome having you here and in my eyes the Scots have been S-tier off the pitch, so that should be enough justification for them not being in F-tier anyways. ;)

1 lucky point all tournament, 2 goals scored (one definite OG and the other is debatable), 7 goals conceded in 3 games, worst goals conceded per match with 2.3, lowest xG with 0.9, fewest shots on target per match, joint worst for successful tackles per match with 6, need I go on? And you put them at a C? Scotland were an embarressment for British football. Let's go back to having only 16 teams. Players are overworked with league and cup games already and we expect them to turn up to waste time with these pity teams

As a Scotsmen I'm not too bothered about all the extra stats like tackle success rates. We lost to Germany, bounced back against the Swiss and got very unlucky against Hungary. I appreciate and respect your POV but I don't think you can say that us Scottish can't take a positive view from the tournament. One of my bases for where I put teams was how the country will feel after the tournament. As I stated in my video if I just put everyone where they finished in terms of points and goals this tier list would be incredibly predictable

Better suggestion. Halve the amount of teams in each division, still play just 2 games against each team and then make world cup yearly. Use the rest of the time for more time in between games. Football would be way more watchable, especially when league viewing always costs (except for rare exceptions) so you cant really get invested (or only about statistics od the league) but world cups are always shown on a major part on free channels.

He's right though. Did you even watch one England game? They played the most boring football in the euros even against weaker teams. A squad worth more than one billion pounds shouldn't struggle this hard that consistently
