I have an 06 sedan track package, it has been lowered, aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket rims, blacked out grill and emblems, tinted windows, and brembo brakes drilled and slotted disc's all the way around

They offered the sedans with the track package? That's really cool. I've never seen a sedan with the brembo brakes

I don't think 06's had Brembo's...but, who knows, that "track package" has been talked about in the forums, and some Infiniti sites, but only lists leather under "track". It's so confusing. I think being Infiniti is a USDM market only car, and the "lost in translation" can be a real thing. But, anyway, the G35 is an awesome car, and becoming an instant classic.

Have you tried local junk yards?. You pull it type of places? Can get real oem parts on the cheap. Some cars may have been totaled but the interior is in mint condition

If I can give you some feedback I'd recommend you don't include maintenance, only performance stuff. Maintenance isn't really part of the build like hubs and spark plugs for example, rebuilt engine however would be worth mentioning
