I KINDA SHIFTED I THINK AND I THINK MY METHOD WOULD HELP so last night i listened to "welcome home" and "O children" while watching a flashing light video, but my eyes were closed. I began to imagine and literally the flashing lights help you imagine so vividly- also, this was at 4 am so i was reallllllly sleepy. I imagined scenarios with each character, not just my lover. This is because i want there to be more of a purpose for me shifting then just going to be with him. For example, I imagined me baking with Ron, stargazing with Luna, studying with Hermione, running along the corridors with cedric, planning schemes with harry, planting with Neville, quidditch with Ginny, helping Draco cope, learning in class, learning to cast my patronus, being in dumbledores army, the yule ball, and so much more. During this, i said affirmations like i am more then this body, Alot of I ams and I am in my desired reality. Then, i went to sleep with a mindset (this is important) that I dont care if i shift tonight because i will eventually, and when i do i will be so grateful. So i kept the "i dont care" mindset because i was very sleepy, and i had the most vivid dream EVER. Im going to call this the flash method. I dont reccomend you use this if you are sensitive to flashes or have epilepsy. Let me know if this works for you! Anyone can like make a video on this just please give me credit
