I have a question if you don't mind. You've spent years at Hogwarts in your dr taking classes there. Does any of the stuff you learn there benefit you in this cr reality? Obviously Hogwarts is in a completely different realm where nature itself operates under different rules. So you can't simply take Hogwarts magic and spells and apply them here, lol. But do you also learn about non-magical stuff that has some kind of practical relevance in this cr? I'm just curious. Speaking of taking classes in your dr, I wonder what would happen if you script yourself into a high school setting in the distant future, say around the year 2100 in a future Earth timeline? Since it's the same Earth realm, but just set in the future, then perhaps you could come back with all kinds of new ideas that will help you live your best life in this cr? Maybe you could recreate some of the top pop Billboard songs from that future timeline in 2021? If those songs earn millions of dollars in the far future, perhaps they could do just as well in this cr? Then you'll have lots of money to donate to save our planet's failing environment.

I think about this a lot. The only problem I can see with the going to the future thing is this timeline is not set in stone yet. We are constantly shifting with every choice we make and so is the world so there’s no predicting where this reality will go in 2100. It could work though for bringing in new ideas and stuff but if someone were to time travel to know certain events and stuff that could very well be wrong because they end up making decisions that bring them on the course of a different reality.

I agree that the future isn't set in stone so the version of the future a shifter experiences may not be what we will experience in our current reality (CR) when that time arrives. But shifting to the future can still be very useful in certain ways. Unlike a completely different realm like Hogwarts with its own rules, each future version of planet Earth should have the same laws of physics, chemistry, biology, etc. that we have in our CR because these don't change over time in our universe. Someone who shifts to the year 2050 and learns how some new invention works in that future time could potentially replicate it in our CR because the laws of nature that made it possible to work in their future Earth DR should be exactly the same here. I realize that this presents a lot of practical difficulties because most shifters don't have a lot of technical background knowledge necessary to figure out how a complicated invention works, or the equipment needed to replicate it here. But perhaps there are still one or two shifters out there who do have this ability, or will have it once they have completed their university degree? If so, then they could do a lot of good if they can (for example) bring back the knowledge from some future timeline regarding some new clean source of energy that can replace polluting fossil fuels. Of course, the shifter would now be changing this CR by introducing that invention into the world earlier than it would have otherwise been in their future DR, so that DR can no longer be an exact representation of the future of this CR. But that may be a very good thing if introducing a clean energy invention sooner stops a lot of greenhouse gas pollution from fossil fuels from being dumped into our atmosphere. Even for shifters without this technical ability, they can still bring back ideas for new art, music, stories, and other fresh creative inspirations from a future Earth DR (or any DR for that matter). Perhaps a musical artist who is also a shifter can find the necessary inspiration for their first big hit from their DR?
