In case it wasn't clear in this short, Ms. Pauling is that hyper competent secretary character and is very much married to her job. This is highlighted in the TF2 comics with her being the only person that can wrangled the Pyro and Soldier into line, and whenever the Scout try his luck on her it always end in failure.
