47:00 normally in fifa the first 4 play ucl, the 5th play uel und the fa cup winner plays uel and the carabao cup winner plays uecl but if one or both of the cup winners already qualified for the european cups via the league then their european place for the cup goes to the next best place in the league. so 6th and 7h. it seems like the two cup winners in the previous season didnt qualify for the european competitions via the league and thats the reason why you didnt play in any european cup that season
