if you got a youth star who is too high rated, you might adjust his position to a position which is not his preferred position. In this way you can still enjoy your youth player but he wont grow too overpowered immediately! looking forward to this year!

Hey Cani, I've noticed you don't improve your CAM shooting stats They can't improve fast or score as much goals in top tier leagues. I think that's the reason you have had issues with that position. Ince had shooting stats of 58 before you sold him

Next time you do a RTG type rebuild, you should use Serge Ngoma. He's 56 Overall, but he has 79 potential at 17 with great acceleration, agility, and sprint speed.

Cani when you see players not growing that much try and change the developement plan, if a player has 99 passing but 60 in other stat he wont be high rated , change developement plan every 2-3 seasons

Doing a rtg at the moment. In the championship, and one of my objectives is sign two crucial players (not that difficult I guess) and make $51 million in profit. If I wanted to hardly come close I would’ve had to sell my best players just to barely sniff the $51 million. I hate the manager objectives

The way EA handle the manager rating is really really stupid. You could be a manager in the Prem, win the Carabao Cup, FA Cup, UCL and the Prem in the same season, but you'll be unpopular because you didn't sign a player from Honduras with a rating higher than the average rating of other players in the same position. It's not realistic at all, I don't see how either the board or fans of the club would be gunning for you to get sacked even when you won a quadruple, and the reason for it being some dumb insignificant objective they cooked up that gets completely overshadowed by other achievements.
