There's a lot that can be improved in the creator tho. Like select your number and font design, league specific number and font designs, sponsors on shirts, makers of shirts, goalkeeper shirts, badge editing from the preset to something that fits the club etc. Also starting season 2 you can just build from free agents as a lot of good talent appears there which makes no sense. We need more accurate love to CM from EA.

It works with any position. For example LM->RM, RM->LM and so on. It improves the rating because the development plan is the same for the opposite position which improves the ratings. 🙃
