I have a really fun challenge for you Cani, I find Career Mode to be unfortunately easy.. So I've been experimenting lately and one of the more fun challenges I found is develop and sell, as soon as a player turns 24 I sell them and replace them with a youngster, limiting the amount a time I give myself to win with a certain player (Could also make it younger to make it more challenging )

Rebuild Shakthar or Dynamo Kyiv in the polish league. Put both of them there just to make the league more competitive, then rebuild them with scouts from Ukraine, Brazil and maybe one more nation (former USSR countries, but not Russia). Since the polish league is not that high rated, the players will grow slower and the rebuild will be harder.
