Nice choice going with a Nordic youth academy team, last year in FIFA23 they were a cheat, especially Sweden. I found incredibly players so may times that I loved it. P.S. Also if I'm not mistaken, Finland isn't Nordic. It is not considered as a Scandinavian for sure, I'm not sure if is not Nordic as well

The best way to find CM is to send out the scout with the istruction of "Phisically strong" and the role obviusli CM. That's because they come with a very good phisical but all the other stats are mostly balanced and you can build them up as you want. I hope I was helpful❤

Hello Cani, great video. You should do a rebuild with Rosenborg BK they have won the norwegian league title 26 times, but came in 9th place last season. You can do one where you only by people from the Norwegian league (Eliteserien).

I'd love to see you rebuilt REAL BETIS, this time is about pasion for football. The team's motto is "viva el betis manque pierda" which means "long live betis even though they lose". We beticos (name of the fan base) are acostumed to losing but we still love it, sadly meanwhile we struggle, sometimes we do go almost touching glory and sometimes we go down badly even relegation a couple of times in the last 2 decades, our neighbours Sevilla FC have won too many Uefa cups. We beticos also deserve to enjoy but the management of the club end up making us suffer. DAY 1 😅

In summer we have few days when the sun never set so it balances things 😅 If u wanna see northern lights go to lapland then u have chance to see that. In winter time off course. Cani you should do a rebuild with Hertha Berlin, a team that has won Bundesliga 3 times in the past, and now has just fallen off, and even now they are 9th in Bundesliga 2, i think to rebuild them and making better than teams like Bayern, Dortmund, Levekursen etc... has to be a interesting one to do + i think you should try young players in your rebuilds like Jonathan Burkardt, Eric Martel, Noah Atubolu they have great potential.

It’s not super consistent but I find the best way to get central midfields from youth is to use technically gifted but don’t assign a position to it. Right now I got one player who has 91-94 potential left winger but I can turn him into a CM. It will take some time but he only 16 do plenty of time.

Cani, due to Chelsea's recent horrible performances and them being in risk of getting relegated due to FFP stuff. You should try to rebuild chelsea but start them in lower leagues and sell off their best players and rely on homegrown players

There is a youth academy trick you can do save the day before your youth scout is due back. If ypu don't get a player you don't like quit without saving load up the save from the day before you'll get a different bunch of players. Could be a idea for you
