You should do a panthers rebuild where you have to keep and build around Bryce young since he’s cooking now. Side note also, you should try the 3-4 storm scheme with the bronco’s defensive playbook. Has a pretty good pass defense and amazing run defense and I’ve had multiple occasions where players will break the single season sack record.

Just to make sure you have enough people in your squad, squad fillers must be below 65 rated or can turn squad size to it's minimum. Also progressive fatigue off, because it is broken.
