I am currently looking at duvet covers for cheap fabric to make stuff with. So that might be a budget fabric tip, depending on what the prices are where you live. 🙂

Depending on where you live I'd recommend thrift stores for cheap duvet covers. In some places there are even secondhand craft stores where you can get fabric pretty cheap as well.
