Same, man. Stressful times in life always seem to initiate me breaking my streak. All we can do is start again and strive to break the cycle. I believe there is a supernatural power to semen retention and knowing that helps me stay motivated and focused. It really does make our energy so much more vibrant and pure. I'm not even kidding when I say the number of positive social interactions I have goes way up when I'm weeks into it - especially with women.
