I love this build, so cute! Some interesting context. Fashion districts are where the fabric and materials shops are. People who make the clothing are notoriously underpaid and have been, since forever. So the people who live and work in fashion districts are really struggling financially, because they aren't the fashion influencers, designers, etc. They are the people who sell the trims and actually make the garments.

I imagine the sim who died appreciates the apartment, that their soul's attached to, has gotten a nice makeover. Not sure if that's wholesome or spooky. Also, maybe the sim who moved in lost a lot of money, so they had to downgrade to a cheaper apartment. At least they still have some of their furniture from their last home, so they can make the apartment look nice. I mean, yeah there's a suspicious outline on the floor, but they'll just cover it with a rug. This is fine, everything's fine....

I love these! What I would also like is the ability to add hallway features to common areas: vending machines, one storage room really should probably be converted to a laundry area, Maybe even the ability to add a view of the household seasons calendar. Seasons REALLY needs to be better integrated in the San Myshuno world.

Once again, I love it! The only issue with playing in it is you would have to move the furniture away from the rat holes so they can fix it or your sim will be stressed all the time.

Glad you are feeling better! My dining room is definitely not big enough to be a dining room. We use bar stools for eating and then we made the dining space into a reading nook/office space!

Beautiful apartment renovation as usual! Love it! The pipes most likely represent water line that runs the full length of the building and the other is electrical fuse box. But it is Sims so it can be whatever you want!😂 glad you’re feeling better!😊

I'm pretty sure you can get some of the smaller standing mirrors in that clothing stand. Also I think there are some smaller clothes that fit in there too

​@@franklyfrankie1203 Having tested it just now, you can get the mirror from growing together in there pretty nicely! I couldve sworn some other ones also worked, but I might be misremembering, or maybe it was CC. The smaller clothes can be found in the wardrobe section. For a recent sim, I put his guitar there. Its mostly for decor though... You can also get some clutter in there, like shoeboxes or shoes from dream home decorator, and some plants. But not a lot of things snap right into the frame, it's pretty annoying.

This one and the other TLC one are my favorite apartments in the game. I love the stuff that breaks, it's fun and gets your handiness up. You'll need to move a lot of the stuff in this build, because you you can't cover all the TLC items like you have, you need to be able to get to them. So the mouse holes, the vent on the floor, and the body outline, you have to be able to get to them all. I'm not sure if the pipes and electrical box can be reached with the islands there, either.

10:03 As someone who uses Fahrenheit, I agree that that sounds cold. I start putting on warmer clothes when it gets to the upper 60s/lower 70s and by the time it gets to the 50s I am definitely wearing a full jacket. I know other people that are still wearing shorts when it’s in the teens.

I am just going to say this. It doesn't matter where you come from some folks are just prone to feel cold when it is colder than usual temperature. So don't feel too bad, I lived in Michigan and oof I cannot go back there since I moved down south and cold still feels cold. Even though it doesn't get that cold in Mississippi, it still feels cold when you are properly acclimated to a place.

Saying that its weird to have the pipes and fusebox in the bedroom is so funny to me, cos that's the layout in my place. For context, I'm in the uk, and things like electric boxes and gas lines have to be on external walls in case there are any issues/faults. Especially in older buildings like where i live. So...its ended up that the only place those things can go in my place is in my bedroom. Its a bit odd to think about, but its not really an uncommon thing. The reno looks really good though! I love using the apartments in the Sims 4, so I'm always looking for inspo for my own playthroughs

I love your renovation videos, they are so relaxing to watch. By the way, those "things" on the wall are the fuse box and water pipes that break every once in a while, lol, just like irl. Got one of those boxes right in my kitchen, and if ever I turn on the kettle while the oven is working the fuse box would trip and I'd have to reset it :)
