Kudos to the editor for going through and editing down 4 days of 12 - 13 hour streams to a very palattable 1 hour and 40 minutes. I watched the full VODs shortly after they were posted months ago (took me about a week to finish, watching bits here and there) but they've managed to cut it all down while preserving the best moments and the overall spirit of the whole trip.

10:50 here in Canada. When I was in grade school, I had a teacher who always taught mindfulness. We would have breaks where we sat down (like you guys did) and listened to a bell chime with our eyes closed, just chilling out. It was super relaxing! But, of course, at first, us boys would act like how Connor did-giggle and not take it so seriously-which is fine and fair. But I really miss doing that. The mindfulness lessons she taught me and my class hadn't stuck with me, and I haven't practiced it for years. This video, or at least the zen part, brought a wave of nostalgia to me! And I think I'll start to practice what Miss K taught me!

The zen challenge was so cool! It's obviously the kind of thing you need to practice, so the first time is always super weird. But it was very cool to watch some influencers I enjoy make a semi-serious attempt at it. Ive done a bajillion guided body scan at this point. But it's so freaking cool to watch people experience it for the first time! Your guide was awesome, too! I love that Pete was zen master.
