I really enjoyed those cycling streams. They were so chill, Chris and co. were great emotional support for Connor, there were a lot of wholesome stream snipers there and it was really cool to see most of Hokkaido across those 9 days. Not to mention, Pete's energy made those already fun streams even *more* fun. I'm still very proud that $320K was donated to the IDF. Connor's community is so wholesome.

I cannot agree more. He is (to quote JackScepticEye) a true sweetheart. Very genuine, fun, truely supportive to his friends and his community, as well as theirs; and yet not being the big-shot but very down-to-earth. But he is too humble to realize how much he means to others. Dare I say, he is almost as affable as Chris is. I love him for that. Probably why Connor has such a close friendship with Mouse, because she is exactly the same in that aspect.

This was such a massive event. Something to be very proud of. There was obviously so much work put in to this. In preparation and tech setup (with help from RobCDee and JoshInJapan), the physical performance by Connor and Chris, the logistics, filming, route-planning and pit-crewing by Ian and Paul, the peptalks by Pete, the support from Mouse's and Pete's respective communities watching along in realtime, and last but certainly not least the AMAZING amount of support and generosity by the viewers. Not to mention some serious losing-my-shizz funny moments from the TTS. The IDF can be proud of the CDawgVA, AbroadInJapan, PremierTwo and Ironmouse communities (among others). The find-my-monke map app / progress bar along with the TTS were great touches to keep people engaged and informed throughout as well. Props to ianicorn for editing hunderds of hours of footage (given the multiple cameras and streams/VODs) down to 1 hour, and adding his personal touch once again with the funny sounds, visual effects, and overall editing. All while keeping a persistant 'storyline' so to speak. That couldn't have been easy. I loved the fun little previews on the 'Day X' screens, like the fall, the little umbrella, and the fox. Very good work. One thing though: The second to last stop was not Mori, but Oshamambe. But I'll let that slide. I'm just nitpicking there. TLDR: Amazing job, very well done and mad respect to everyone involved in this amazing journey. God do I love this community, and I feel honored to be part of it.

IRL streaming has always been fun and a great experience. The problem isn't in the act, it's in the people who usually IRL stream. Especially in the early days of streaming, IRL streamers were obnoxious jerks who caused problems in public for normal people leading to a stigma of them. There are also a bunch of IRL streamers who instead of showcasing life or exploring different areas, would just eat on stream while silent.
