May I make a suggestion? Maybe try with a small build, tiny even. Like a 4x4. I have aspergers so I learned pretty quickly that flattening my island overwhelmed me immensely. I couldn't plan anything because I had Too Much going on around me. Now, before doing anything, I sit in the middle of a build & only decorate in the area I can see there on screen. And I started this method by working on only smaller builds to keep from getting overstimulated & quitting. It's really helped me stay focused. Good luck to y'all! I've started seeing the drama unfold on my island ever since I started watching you, this is what I saw literally in the span of 2 minutes: - Shino and Beau on a date in the plaza, both drinking orange drinks. They were talking and were just having a great time. It was so unexpected but I love it for them and I can so see a great future for them as a couple. -For a while now, Papi has been coming over to my house to hang out and has been sending me letters on repeat. They say things abt him knowing my style of clothing and such, and it's just so cute. Even my dad said he thinks Papi likes me. And today, after I documented the date w Beau and Shino, I see Papi sitting by the pond and this is what he said to me: "I was just thinking about you, thinking about seeing your face, your big ol' adorable round head." ... LIKE WHAT??? I WAS SIMPLY TOO STUNNED TO SPEAK. He's so adorable and is my bestie and I think the next time he invites me over imma ask him out w a recipe (bc yk your boy loves to eat)

For all the people who thought he reset this was in the description : also hi, a secret message, i didn't reset Blu LOL, i just transferred it to my switch lite that i once said i got rid of but actually i lost it for a few months and recently found it again hiding under my bed! obviously i will NEVER reset fallbrook since it's my comfort island and i haven't played on blu in a really long time so i figured transferring it wouldn't be too detrimental... since it's a switch lite, i can't record videos from it sadly, but i will be playing and building on it during my spare time when i feel motivated soooooo look out for future updates as the time flies by :)

You can have an Australian themed island, but it would have to be set to Southern Hemisphere. There are several koala & kangaroo Villagers. And there’s a lot of flat terrain in Oz. You’d have to put down lots of sand & dirt down & have patches of lawn around the buildings.

Fun fact, when I was like, 13 I started playing Animal Crossimg New Leaf and I got Moose as one of the randos you get at the beginning. He's called Aldo in Italian. I restarted my year old island last month. I am so happy that I did because my starter villager line up is insane. My 2 starters are Agnes and Sprocket and my first 3 mystery island villagers are Dotty, Biskit who I found in 3 tickets Dotty being the first villager I found and Flurry. I just know my campsite villager is going to be a fail flop. I'm totally expecting Rodney to be in it.
