Here’s the real tea: Teddy just missed Fallbrook so much that he insisted on hosting the first event after coming back, regardless of any prior beef with the other villagers. That’s why he hosted Lopez’s birthday. When Vis trashed his house, he was very upset, but because he’s a man, he’s very bad at expressing any vulnerable emotions. That’s why at Able Sisters, he just gave a nothing-burger comment; he didn’t want to get emotional and cry in front of Vis. Later, Wolfgang helped him clean up his place, taking one of the trash cans and sending it to Vis as a tiny bit of retaliation and sending him a message that he was very inconsiderate to Teddy, who was simply excited to be back on the island. (Yes, this is partially a request to redo Teddy’s interior and make it cute and fun)
