@@Foodie_Vj I will be honest with u. Think using ur brain not on ur feelings. Every Manager in the world won't allow it first bcoz it doesn't look good on his end. They really don't care whether u r having financial issues or not. It usually goes like this, when u resign on ecms portal then bu hr will reach out to u asking what ur reason of leaving. If u have a good profile then they might tell u to stay but they never increases salary more than 2 lakhs what I have seen. And next he will ask whether u would like to reduce ur notice period. All this thing will happen after u resign. But obviously do this only when u r confident enough that even if u loses the current offer due to 3months NP, u will still find another in 3 months.

Did any auto acknowledge respond mail sent when u receive the mail. If so it will be considered as u agreed for the terms and conditions. Don respond to any emails leave it and b calm and idle. Pf if created then it will be problem when u submit ur uan number to new employer. because it will have date of exit (doe)left with blank,if u r properly releieved doe will be added. Be safe.

For remaining ceremonies, you can adjust internally with team and remain on and off. But 10 days is not something you will get, definitely

This is not an issue. Just inform your supervisor that you have filled them and ask them to approve. Also, it should not cause problems during fnf if you filled it on time

@@careerqofficial now in my portal it is not showing jan and feb time sheet and. My lwd is 5 August . I told him but he has not approved .

Hi, say my bond is going to complete on October 8th. Can I resign before 3 months ,July ? This way I will be serving 3 months notice period and my bond will also expire . Can this be done ?

Hello mam, Actually I am having bond for 2 years ,incase I leave 1.5 lakh is penalty charge.till now 1 month still left to complete 1 year.I am still on bench,I got a good opportunity.what should I do?

Complete 1 month or pay penalty of 42k also you need to serve 90days notice. Get this clear with hr
