Weights are my favorite but I get better results from rubber bands. They can be used while I skate and are more specific to my movements. Unfortunately they don’t make me less lazy 😂

Leg extensions leg curls should always be done one leg at a time for equal weight distribution👍

I'm keen to try those sideways dragging exercises. I guess you have to be disciplined and work hard to maintain proper skate position so the strength you develop is being applied in the right place?
