As a child, I wanted to be a veterinarian but was discouraged by my mother because I was already calling Cornell University at age 11 for guidance on things, and she did foresaw a daunting Ivy League bill. It was providence of G-d to block my path considering all the things vets go through that move them closer to suicid@l ideation and su!cide after the abuse I also survived. It is confounding to be turned away from an acrivity you love, nevertheless. I hope you find peace.

It’s a tough one because you never want to discourage a child from following their dreams. But the problem is that the reality of vet med is so far from what children ( and most people ) imagine. I agree that it was probably a blessing and providence that blocked your path. What it says about you is that even as a child you were a sensitive and kind person. Thank you ❤️🙏🏼

I’m so sorry for the trauma you’ve gone you. Thanks for sharing your experience. I hope it can help pet owners give a little more thought to their communication and treatment of their vet and staff. I can only imagine how hard it is. Your video brought tears to my eyes. I’m so glad you’ve started on a path that should bring you more peace. I’ve often thought of what my vet clinic goes through. what they see on the daily! I give them thank you cards and bring in treats. They sacrifice a lot to do their job. And in an ER vet, I don’t think I can even comprehend the emotional burden. I hope you have a wonderful journey going forward. And you have great skin! So your products must be great 😃
