Oh also, Thank You. "MOTIVATION". You and your son's videos has helped me get back to my unfinished (by alot) 1987 Ford 11 window school bus, (full length). it has been heavily modified by many friends, and family members thru the years. Sleeps 6, big bathroom, huge kitchen and living room, How big is the kitchen, and living room? I added a 11'x4'' electric slide out. To the left side of the bus. Starting at the back of the driver's seat, going back almost all the way to the rear wheels. We was building it for our family then, thinking of family we have now. (It was going to be awsome!!!! HOWEVER, things we didn't plan for, and could have NEVER, EVER thought of.. A massive hit to our family by death. Next thing you know-- we lost my grandfather, 2 grandmothers, father in law, sister in law, nephew at 27, my mother my father, and many other family and freinds. Just an unthinkable run at life. SO.. The slide out turns the front 3/4 of the bus (kitchen and living room) into a now 11'x10' area. I'm working on it for a bit now. I'd like to finish it for this years bow hunting trip. We shall see. It has been sitting for damn neer 4 years. It's good though. Thanks Adam.

Bud, I'm sorry Death is the hardest thing to deal with. I have yet to deal with the pain of losing a parent or sibling, But I have had more Brothers die in my arms then I care for. I have a hard time now not being selfish and not wanting to go to anyone's funeral because it just floods me with memories and emotions of my deployments. Sorry not trying to compare but just saying I understand how it can beat you down hard. It's part of the reason why I started the channel. I need to get my ass up and out of my slump. The bus sounds sick as hell man and the fact that your building it yourself is amazing. That's a huge undertaking building a normal one. Throw a monster slider on top of that..... Wow. I tip of the hat, sir. Thank you so much. Your words do move me and Motivate me.

@@PaperBeatsRock Im sure your time there was horrible, even if there was to be not one sound of a gun. The brain power it takes to stay focused on such a task? Well let's just say I dont possess that. if I get the bus done, I'll drive it over to you. You, your son, and crew can make some mods to it, while the ladys go shopping...lol The item(s) in that package are very special to OUR FAMILY. It is the very first one(s) out. NUMBER XXXX1E. Dude, lol, That pull string.... ugg. I didn't end up recording it, I should of but this was over 2 days. after I dumped that tank of nasty gas I had the worst headache from the fumes of it. Went home and it came back the next day as soon as I got in the shop working on the tank. The shop smelled so bad. At least the repair for the pressure washer was outdoors. hahaha. Absolutely Harry, The hose is not that bad to replace and if you look on amazon for a fuel tank F8B you can find them for around $100 bran new. I think I'm going to do that as soon as I get this Expedition sold but for now, I'll finish up the fuel tank I got and show people the steps to clean it out.

@@PaperBeatsRock I appreciate the info. I bought mine in 2002. Paid 500 bucks for it. I drove it till 2006 then i parked it in my yard. & that's where it sets for the 4 years I drove it. the speedometer & fuel gauge didn't work. so that why i decided to park it.I have been doing body work here & there on it. I put a Hooker duel exhaust system on it. I did a full quarter panel on rear driver side, & front driver fender. i sanded the whole Bronco down to bare metal to find all the rust spot that needed attention. I still need to do a full rear quarter panel & door on passengers side then the body will be finished. then on to some oil leeks that need fixed not sure if its oil pan gasket or rear main seal i know it need valve cover gaskets i'm just hopping that the oil leeks are gonna be easy fixes. then off to the easy thing like replace all light lens marker lenses tail light lenses even new head lights nothing fancy just factory parts i also need to replace my windshield it has a couple bb holes in it. I did do a 3 inch body lift on it while sitting in the yard. I painted the Bronco with a Safety Yellow with the white cap. mine don't have the tire rack or the race track trim on it. So I am gonna look forward to watching your video's to see how your Bronco turns out .I am glad to see some Bronco owners are doing the work to there Bronco's to keep the 78-79 Bronco's alive Keep up the good work have fun & good vibes & appreciate the out come of a proud job you did your self & not have a garage do the work for you . Good Luck on your Bronco I love what your doing. Ps I missed Driven my Bronco so i went out & bought a 78-79 Traxxas Bronco Ranger XLT Trail Crawler to play with to keep me inspired to get my full size one finished so i can drive it again I'm not building my Bronco to be a trailer queen I want to drive it every day . thanks again for the feed back .

So google the you tube see if any one has done this, I just tore apart complete rusted out Bronco so i have Parts and tore one out., Just need see if I might of missed any thing. I just got done installing front rear Axles complete brake lines, brakes, whole drive line pretty much from one Bronco to another, First Bronco was "rusted away" too far gone. the spare Parts "Bronco" that I bought was in better shape. So robbed axles from it... some time you got to know when to say it's too far gone. good news is I have plenty of Spare parts NOW... Great video , going watch now .

I got my project from a close friend who just let it sit for about 10 years, it's a 99 Ranger xlt with all the bells and whistles. Which isn't much haha. It's been lifted way up for a small truck, and the 4x4 doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's going to need a couple of belt pulleys, a new alternator, probably a new valve body gasket for the transmission, new u joints for the front driveshaft, list goes on haha. I'm just debating on doing a solid axle swap since most of the front suspension system is barely hanging on. I loved that money shot of dirt from the tank, and I laughed out loud when that pull cord came off in your hands. Been there, man. Handled it like a champ though. Making good progress and I can't wait to see the finished project! Sorry for the long comment, but also I shot the Facebook group a request to join so I can look around the other projects going on in there and get some help with mine.
@PaperBeatsRock4 жыл бұрын
That is badass Banshee, Them Rangers are pretty good rigs. I hear you on thinking about doing the front straight axle swap seeing that you're going to need to spend around the same amount of money and time to just fix the IFS that it has. I agree that you will have a better investment for effort with the straight axle. Don't worry about the long comments bud and I just pushed all the FB request through. Thank so much for watching man.
