A tip for Martyn and the attraction Baron 1898, Martyn can join the line and pre-shows because - and don’t have to wait, you can choose ‘bovengronds’ / ‘ondergronds’ (above ground / underground) before you enter the pre-shows. If Martyn choose ‘bovengronds’ than can he skip the ride (he can wait upstairs ) but still joining the experience😌

I see you found the shuttlebus to Efteling! The big cottage acrouse is where we stayed2 years. And 2 years Loonsche Land Hotel. It quit Nice to stay in both accomadations. With both you get breakfast included. Martyn was right that in the breakfast area in front you have the bar. You can sit there in evening also and when the weather is good you can also sit outside on the terras. Vliegende Hollander and Joris are under construction now, opening in april again. Great Helena you went to go on Baron this time!!! Helena….. houdoe is see you😊. Hello is hoi or hallo . I was at Efteling again today, we also ate at Kashba!!! Lovely food. Can’t wait to see the next vlog. You are great together like I sayed before 😊😊😊

We loved Loonsche Land. Our treehouse felt like home very quickly. Always looked forward to returning for a cosy evening. Helena was very brave going on as she always is. She loved it. Oh the food at kashba amazing. We can’t thank you enough for watching and commenting. 😊 x

In volk van Laaf you have a really Nice slide for you, the high one! Goes really fast! Did you know that if you dont want to ride the Baron, you can allways get an ticket to see the inside. Done it a couple of times so i could wait with my girls in line and when they are in, i just walk further and go outsite :) Another thing. Joris and the draak/dragon they are retracking the ride, thats why it isnt open at this moment.

Great video again, so beautiful in the snow. I remember when that beautiful day in the snow was. I wanted to go that day as well, but my arthrosis was too severe in the freezing cold. I'm going next Tuesday. 12 celcius and sunny. But that snow looked amazing. It didn't melt completely untill last Sunday. Believe me, you were lucky to get that. We hardly get snow in the south of the Netherlands anymore. So glad you got it. I weny to Amsterdam with a friend on one of the freezing brightly sunny days about a week and a half ago, Amsterdam in wintertime is more fun than in summer, when it's way too busy. Now it was nice and everyone was friendly. I recommend Amsterdam in the winter😊

Fun fact, there are actual wild wolves in the Netherlands. A sheep farmer is that forest you were staying recently got a Carpathian Shepherd dog to protect his herd.

14:11 there's a themepark called Toverland and it's roughly a 1 hour drive from the Efteling and has pretty incredible theming! I'll always prefer the Efteling, but I couldn't recommend it enough!

What a lovely vlog- really enjoyed it! I'm a bit biased because Efteling is my beloved local themepark. Also very fortunate to live nearby. So I was thinking of some tips & tops for your next visit.. Heusden Vesting-Stad is really worth a visit. Especially in Spring/Summertime. By car is approximately 20 minutes drive from Kaatsheuvel. Very authentic and historic. But I will not give away too much spoilers lol 😅Also the pancakes at De Pannenkoekenbakker are very delicious. And another one is Valkenburg in Zuid-Limburg. By car a bit further though- approximately 1,5 hours drive from Kaatsheuvel. Also nice to visit in Spring/Summertime. And last but not least- if you like to walk/bike and enjoy nature, right across Efteling on the other side of the freeway, there are De Loonse en Drunense Duinen (dunes) Personally I really love to go there once in a while and take in the beautiful environment. You can go by car, there are parking spaces and a few restaurants. Perhaps the reception at your hotel can give you more information. When you go on the Pagode you can see lots of trees (Loonse en Drunense Duinen) across the freeway (Midden-Brabantweg) Hope this is helpful- Take care 🤗✨ Houdoe en tot de volgende keer! 👋🏼

The other side of Tilburg, you have the "Beekse Bergen", this is a safari resort. And when you like The Efteling, there is also "Toverland"... This is a themepark around 100 kilometers from the Efteling which I think you will very like. Maybe a day to 's Hertogenbosch or Tilburg, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht is a good option.

So, You caught the Efteling bug. You are talking about coming back to the Efteling at the beginning of your trip. I’m there nearly every week and I can’t get enough of the Efteling. Coming in the weekend is not that bad. It doesn’t get as busy as Disney. The Efteling does predict how busy it going to be. On yellow marked day are still OK. You’ll have to avoid coming on orange marked day’s with a red mark. Those are special events and it will get busy. Caro plays on Saturday and Sunday but there are also some dates during the week. You will need to check the dates when they play. You get that list, for this year, when reserving before you need to make a decision. The Efteling can help you if needed. The theater is normally about half full. You still can get a seat last minute. I’ve gotten a seat 2 hour before the show starts on multiple occasions. I Don’t want to give away too much but children are part of the cast. At the moment the show will be played until 30 december 2024. No news yet about 2025.

Both are so lovely! We really enjoyed our stay at both. If it was someones first trip I would probably recommend Bosrijk as it's slightly closer to the park and the hotel room we stayed in was lovely. But honestly either I would be happy with!
