When you attack Peru Bolivia you can transfer subject North Peru and liberate the other 2 subjects and North Peu will inherit the other 2 after the war so you can get 1 big subject out of just 1 small transfer subject. 7:49

​@@LudietHistoria I just booted up a game as Belgium and proved it. at 0 construction sectors i was getting 10 construction for $0. Then at 1 sector I was paying $5 in total for 15 construction, at 2 sectors I was paying about $10 for 20 construction, at 3 sectors $15 for 25 construction. You only pay for the additional construction, which for Iron Frame is +5 base.

For reference, if you were to liberate all of Peru from Bolivia, and transfer just the North Peru, you’d get all of Peru as a subject, with just the infamy of the north. Although this might be a little tougher with the subjects liberty desire now.

For the Achievement you need to take the Falklands from Britain. I forgot this when doing my playthrough and it took another 30 years before I had a navy strong enough to land it.

Just FYI: when fighting Peru-Bolivia, you can just take the North Peru as a protectorate and have them release their two other subjects. This will give an event where all three form into Peru, essentially giving you all three for the infamy cost of just one.

Regarding the Britsh and French provinces for Grander Columbia: When I played as Brazil, I colonized Africa. At some point, you can trade states - African colonial provinces with Britain and France for the Guyana states. You don't have to attack them. Dutch are easy to defeat on the other hand for Suriname.

I don't think homesteading is as important, laize faire and free trade are way more important, unless you have a state with lot of resources and you have a lot of pops in other states, but Colombia have neither lol
