For next time, when setting up custom conferences, you can press square to change the conferences rules. You can set conferences games, division or no division, a conference championship, and the site of the championship game.

There's a setting when making the conferences that allows you to decide how many conference games you play and since you are using the pac 12 all of these setting are off automatically and you need to turn them on

In my main rebuild (as ball state, my first rebuild in the game). I was in the MAC and won natty and bunch of bowl games so I moved myself to ACC, but bowling green had been having multiple top 25 classes and ranked as well, so I moved them to pac-12 and with liberty who’s been decent. Move all the independent teams into the pac 12 like Norte dame, UConn and such. Also put western Kentucky in there. Also moved Indiana and some other under performing teams in bigger conferences (didn’t touch the SEC) to make the new pac-12. I don’t think the conference is better then ACC, big 10 or SEC but I think it’s on par with the big 12 and I think the new pac-12 might be the most entertaining atleast, which I think is really why the pac-12 was so big in points in history just being so entertaining, so i kept that in mind when I made it. Have creative teams in there.

Athletes only recruiting. And punters and kickers if you want. Might be a good spot to test that motivator tree as well and see if you can get the most out of raw talent. To make it easier maybe you can choose coordinators who are better recruiters to get them in the door for you to polish up.

You have to change the conference rules to have 8 games, or they’ll play 1 game in conference and then schedule mostly easy games, so a lot of bad teams will look good in pac-12 If you don’t change this

When you are setting up conferences there’s a button where you can change the conference settings and you can set how many conference games are played each season. I think the pac 12 has 1 by default so that’s why there isn’t many conference games

Someone probably told you this. But you’d have to adjust the conference settings in the expansion page. You have to set the amount of conference games, and championship parameters etc.

Day 17: Do a Fantasy Draft where you can only draft Defense or Offense, use a wheel spin to decide. Say you get offense you have to do that for the Fantasy Draft. The draft for that season you can only do Defense, the draft after that you can only do Offense etc.

Day 18 Can you do a fantasy draft rebuild but you always have to take the player on the top off the board, so you probably gonna end up with an old team and two or more players at one Position. If you have positions unfilled you have to sign the worst free agent to fill it.
