Has Dylan ever mentioned his parents? I'm only curious because the things I've seen in my life has made me very cautious to assume that every young gay man had the support of his parents in... just about anything, so I never mention family unless they do. Over the years I've seen dozens of homeless gay youth, cast off youth, youth declared dead by their parents because of ludicrous religious rules, etc. I've ever seen pictures out of another Abrahamic faith (Islam) of gay boys being hung for being gay... By no stretch am I suggesting you did anything wrong, I'm just wondering. I'm very happy for him if his family did support him all the way, but I don't assume it. Kind thoughts to you.

Your rock solid tempo alone is impressive. I've known a lot of talented musicians and most of them had a hard time keeping time so naturally without a reference, and here you are playing goddam games with the rhythm and keeping the bpm dead on target. As someone who took a break from music and lost a depressing amount of muscle memory, don't let your career keep you away from regular practice.
