This man reminds me of my uncle. He got married to my cousin and she was later diagnosed with heart issues. She got to the point where she couldn't do anything for herself not even taking herself to the toilet. He could feed, bath, toilet her etc. He never left her site. 5 years ago she passed away on the operating table and just 2 months ago he followed to be reunited with her this is the second African man that i have witnessed to stood up by their spouses to the end.
