All your sheep will die over the next 5 years you need about a 1 third lamb to 2 thirds sheep ratio to maintain

No, I figured it out. I setup a dedicated Granary for Ale only and it's now 100%

should different settlements have separate economies? like can you just pump up one from the wealth of previous one?

I can, however, it's quite strong having multiple economies in the long run

I always thought from the early previews of the game we'd be able to build like actual medieval towns, with big buildings and whatnot. Are those houses fully leveled up?

I mean, they are medieval towns. Also, when walking around as a person, the buildings are pretty big. I think another tier will come in the future too
