If anyone is having trouble claiming the dragon after following the link, here's some info: The Azure Prism Dragon works the same way all the other dragons in the game do, so you'll need to hatch it from an egg and grow it from baby to an adult dragon! Once you complete the tutorial, it should appear in your inventory of eggs as "Azure Prism Dragon". You can access your eggs by clicking on the crate icon on the right side of your screen, then clicking on the "eggs" option on the bottom menu. Once you select the egg, you'll need to hatch it in a hatchery. Again, this works the same way the other dragons do, so it'll take about a day for the egg to be ready for hatching. After that you'll have a hatched baby that you can feed, grow, and fight with! (I claimed the dragon from my description box link and hatched it in game already, and it worked for me.) If your dragon still isn't appearing in the egg menu, try clicking the link again after completing the tutorial! Mobile games can be buggy sometimes. If you receive the 100k gold and 50k food, the egg should also appear in your egg inventory! Edit: Also try re-opening the game once you complete the tutorial! Once you open it again, check your egg inventory. ANOTHER EDIT: If the dragon doesn't appear under your eggs, click the crate button on the right of your screen, and click the "all" tab at the bottom instead of the "egg" tab. It may appear as a special item for some people since it's part of the anniversary promotion. If you're still having issues, please comment below and let me know and I'll contact Gameloft and we'll get it figured out. We've been working on this collab since November of last year, so we wanna make sure you get your dragon and starter pack!

That is a brazilian artist called Cristina Bonfim, and she made a WHOLE BOOK DUOLOGY about dragons, and one of most incredible things to know about her work, is that her books have a lot of drawings that she made herself. It may be a good ideia to look after, her work is BEAUTIFUL and she carry that Studio Ghibli vibes!

If you want sculpted parts that can be lit for future projects, there is translucent polymer clay, and some LED lights can survive the baking process if embedded in the clay (ymmv, and you probably should save it for the final bake so they spend as little time in the oven as possible). To save time on repetitive textures like scales, roller tools are great. You can buy pre-made ones, or sculpt your own. North of the Border here on youtube has some good examples of incorporating lights and hacks for texture sculpting on his channel.

I didn’t know fairy lights came in rainbow! I love a good sparkly dragon! I can’t draw normally so dragons and their wings are confusing. The fur reminds me of my favorite stuffed dragon, Fuzzyneck, who’s fur goes down his back, neck has posable wire, and long legs unlike his friends who are winged blobs with feet.

That opening speill with questions about drawing dragons and the anatomy confusion,,, oh that hit way too close to home. I have a brother who is the master of dragon drawings and I couldn’t wrap around my head how he did it until I finally did an illustration over the winter holidays featuring one as a homage to LUSH’s snow dragon bath bomb.
