dood if their nation is destroyed there are no more people so they cant be pirate ship how about this when the nation only has like 30 people then they get to the transport boat/war boat/biggest boat to be pirated and they wont be bandits they will be pirate units which can throw bombs has pirate swords guns and the boat they were can fire cannon balls and if theres a transport boat or fishing boat or war/transport/biggest boat or pirate ship they would get close and fight and raid villages or cities for resources and weapons and instead of the flag of their old village its a skull flag and the name of the boat will be the name of the pirate boat and instead of the king we have the captain and they can form alliances with other pirates
