There are lolis in almost every popular anime that are not sexual or pornagraphic in nature. Gawr Gura is a famous loli that just recently opened a Dodgers game in front of a packed stadium. It just means that the character is short, petite, and cute. There are plenty of real, adult women that are like that. I used to date a girl that was 4 foot 11 and had a small chest. She was in her 20s but could have passed for 15. There really isn't much hentai that is genuinely intended and presented as drawn CP. It's not something you are likely to find unless you are looking for it, just like real CP.

I don't care what it looks like because everyone has a different interpretation of something so stylised. Some people think Love Live! characters look like young children and others think they look like adults. If it's extremely stylised then I don't think it's fair to say it objectively looks like a kid. I don't think people should watch any adult content, it's bad for you, but it's not fair to single out drawings that are typically proportioned more like very petite adults than kids (despite being small and flat, all the mainstream characters have wide hips and an adult leg-torso ratio)
