Seawall is what everyone i know calls them down here. I can tell you living down here that bass absolutely hate coldfronts, and we have had them back to back to back and has really messed up the bite! I see some on beds but are usually the smaller females and not hardly any! Lately outside grasslines are the key but is changing rapidly since the weather this week actually stabilized.

In cape coral canals today I caught 5 pounder and a 6.5 pounder, I lost a another 5 pounder and a 8 plus bass that threw the hook, they seem to be in small Lily pads ,10 feet from the seawall.

I just want to thank you rob you got me back in the fishing I stop fishing cuz my stuff was stolen long story not getting into it but you got me back into something that I really love but with the new twist cuz I've never fish with artificial baits and I've never really fish freshwater for bass I went and got me some googan baits today got me some watermelon trench hog and a black and blue trench hog I'm going to wait and go back and get some bandito bugs some more drag and drops

2 1/2 hours south? Sounds like your down near me bro. The wildlife management group that shocks the water to temporarily stun the fish and bring them to the surface to measure and weigh them brought up an 18 pounder here where I'm working in the Everglades. The big ones are out there.👍

Just got my first Favorite rod, the camo/cork combo Defender and am stoked. Nice rod man. I’m going to order the spinning to match now. Feels American lol. I got a hush hat and went to put it on my head and had made in China staring back at me on a tag,didn’t feel right. This rod feels right. More hydration with lunkers and Stephen videos please. Lol.

You should fish lake Conway the ramp you couldn't find is on hoffner and i a public boat ramp if you do fish it go under the bridge and go to the middle lake or south lake Conway if you are not getting any bites

Sometimes you might need to throw something completely random at the beds. Ive spent an hour on a bed and the fish never once hit the usual stuff I like to flip. Then I threw a buzz bait over it and the fish reacted instantly and I caught it.
