Good to see this side of Riley. Won me over as a fan again .

Yeah but holy shit I think his parents may have been actual tyrants.

Very nice podcast. Enjoyed hearing Riley off the court (since we only see the competitive side when he is playing) and listening to his fun, positive, energetic personality. Love to hear stories about people's families and how they entered sports. Very enlightening. Riley is focused 100% wherever he is at and that is great! Awesome job everyone!

Great interview with Riley. As a recreational PB player I never understand why people need to tap paddle after EVERY point, game and match. I’m not adverse to it but thought personally it’s a bit overkill so Riley-I totally get it! 😜

Love Riley! Most competitive dude in pickleball! I’m glad he can add some smiling to his game now

It was really neat to see this side of Riley and his perspective. He makes some good points about paddle tapping between matches.

Riley is the man. People hate on him because they don't know him. Love that guy

Considering Riley non paddle taps, the group of guys I play with regularly still does it, but we were all laughing the other day how our attitudes have changed toward body bagging. We used to say, "Are you OK?" Now we yell, "F---k yeah!", whenever we body bag an opponent. Great interview.

Definitely good to see Riley here. Watching Riley on the court you get a certain impression of him that may not seem favorable. I did enjoy seeing the other side of him.

Seems like a pretty cool dude, couldn't tell it sometimes when he looks so upset during time outs. But hell I guess if you don't get dinner if you lose, I might be upset too.

Why did this not go for 2+ hours? This was cut off way too short. Also, Riley is the perfect "villain" for the pickleball world.

20% a month cannot be right for Duper. Maybe it was for one month there is no possible way they are growing month over month at 20% a month. There are not enough tournaments to support that even if they were the only option for every tournament. That is such a crazy claim. I’m surprised they made it.

On Travis's pod, he and Graham stated that the 5 got a boatload of money.. They said they saw it leave a bank account.. No one is giving them any cash without a signed contract... So either they have a contract or Travis and Graham are wrong... Being team owners you would think they would know.
@andylundberg50979 ай бұрын
I saw that too however, I believe what they saw was about $4 million leave an MLP account to be moved into an escrow account so that the five knew it was there and it sits there still today probably because it was waiting for signed contracts, which were never received

Liked the old studio. And please don’t have that dude on doing all the talking points. Liked it better with you two talking. Actually couldn’t keep listening right from the start for some reason. Major turn off imo with that new dude in studio. Hate to say that as I m sure the guy is nice. Having the producer on, It actually works for tennis sucks because it’s needed for that pod but those guys flow. Go back please.
