There’s nothing to be stressed about if the tracking shows delivered. They open a case for item not delivered, you upload tracking and that’s the end of it. Not sure why you’d ask them to do anything except open an item not delivered case. Also, items delivered to third party shippers going out of the country are not covered by eBay buyer protection.

THIS!! Marked Delivered and It says signed for. You're good. 99% chance that's a scam. More and more rampant these days. They'll open a Not Received Case, Ebay will see it's marked delivered and signed for. Then they'll side in YOUR favor

Like others have said.... NOTHING to stress about you are good! Once the item says "DELIVERED" you did your part and there is nothing else for you to do. They need to deal with eBay and you need to leave it alone. If they open a case just upload the tracking number and that's it. eBay will have you back for once on this one. Also, using a third-party forwarding agency is against eBay policy.

Delivered means delivered - your responsibility is done. Buyer needs to deal with that other delivery company on your phone. I wish him luck. Yes, first thing is don't be stressed over the phone you are in the clear its marked delivered and signed for. Second thing is that thing on the shelf that you said you can grab from behind the shelving, you don't have to do that just move those one or two boxes to the right of it and slide it over and pull it out and then put the boxes back it seems to me that would be a lot easier Dave. Third thing is why don't you try to hit a community sale the churches have them all the time, Paul (PhillyPhlipper) goes and gets tons of stuff or you could try an estate sale that way you're not out in the heat if you want some fresh pickens. That way you can release videos while your gone, just split them up. Everybody loves the sourcing videos. 😊

As a retired mail carrier; if it was the USPS, they would have record of it and the Supervisor at your station should be able to look it up. Did the customer have a forwarding request w/ post office? Supervisor could look it up for you. Sounds like a scam. But signature will be in computer.

those reshipping agencies are problematic for both parties because they all have to pretty much open every box to visually inspect and detail for customs. You'll never get an originally packed box as an end user. So someone goes through each package and if that employee is up to no good and there are gaps in their chain of custody documentation problems can happen.

We live overseas and we use a freight forwarding company for items purchased online that we need soon and don’t weight too much, since you pay by pound. He should open a case with the company, since there’s proof that it’s was delivered and that’s always what it says: left with agent or delivered to agent. We have to use freight forwarders because there’s no postal service here. If the items costs less than $200 it’s exempt from taxes, anything over pays customs taxes of around 30%. But that’s just specific to the island where we live. We have had very minimal issues over the years with the different companies we have used and we have also been able to return items to Amazon when we received the wrong thing.

I had this happen to me on a PS5 two years ago. Delivered to Miami, picked up by agency, shipped signature required, USPS did not get a signature, eBay refused to help. I lost over 1k. I filed two claims with USPS and I am still fighting it.

hopefully you get the phone issue sorted out, i have a bit of a death pile issue as i just cleaned out my entire store and have basically restarted it, and going to now only look for items that are 15$ and higher, really need to get the stuff listed and sold

I think some buyers do this on every order, just to see what they can get away with. I had sold a key fob to a buyer for 60 dollars and 9 days after it was marked as delivered they said they never got it....I wrote them back to check with carrier etc. (once it is marked as delivered it's pretty much out of my control) and never got a reply (been 2 weeks). I figured if it was really missing, they would have atleast answered back, but I have a feeling they were just trying to see if I'd send them a refund without investigating...Makes me wonder how many sellers just send a refund to avoid negative feedback or a "headache"....

Signature delivery also means nothing unless the parcel is registered mail in which case there is a record of every person who has handled it. I spent 15 years in the regional Postal Community Council. Anyone can sign for anything which is WHY when for example legal service is delivered to someone its ALWAYS REGISTERED MAIL. ALWAYS. If the phone went to a forwarder off to Costa Rica then it may never arrive as there are import/export restrictions as well as manufacturer domain restrictions nor would customs for example need even return it. eBay has eBay International Shipping Program for more than one reason, many more. Hopefully it works out in your favor.

If for some reason you ever max out your drafts and feel the need to do more, you do have Vendoo and can create any number of drafts in there. I know you do eBay and import but if you ever needed more draft space you have the resources for it.

Ebay will side with you if the buyer files a case. Post office shows delivered and that’s all that is required. Don’t stress out about it.

If the package was delivered to the buyers address, i.e. the address the buyer has listed in eBay. Then your responsibility is complete. If the buyer claims they have not received the package, They need to take it up with eBay because the tracking states the package was delivered. 😊

Delivered to #agent means the recipient wasn't able to receive the package for some reason. Agent could be a parcel locker, a front desk concierge... An authorized family member for delivery. Don't worry too much if you can help it... I'm hopeful for you and positive... Try to think positive.😊

I have an eBay store but recently purchased an item from Amazon. Package shows delivered, but I never received it. Talked to my postman and the local post office supervisor The postman said that was an 8 hr work day and he was required to return to post office after 8 hrs. All remaining packages on his truck that were out for delivery were handed over to someone else to be delivered, but the other person just scanned it as delivered without delivering the item. They said once a package is scanned and shows out for delivery they are required to deliver the package that day. The other person that was suppose to deliver the item just didn't want to deliver the packages so they scanned it as delivered. They probably stole the package. My postman also said it happens a lot. He said he deliveries a lot of packages that have been slit open with razorblades. Meaning a postal worker will look can decide to keep the item or not. This activity mostly occurs in a postal sorting facility or hub.

That Florida Gator stadium might be a picture holder however I sell University stadium replicas all the time and they sell for right around 40 to $50. I typically find in my area because I'm near there Stanford and Cal Berkeley ones.

Check to see how much money EBay charged you for the cell phone transaction. If a buyer lives outside of the US and mails to a US address eBay charges you a fee. It’s total not fair. I called eBay and told them it’s not my fault that they do this and I should not be charged. They didn’t have any answer.

Hey Dave, you know what’s crazy!!!!! I had an iPhone sent to me a 14. It was one terabyte of storage. I think this was November 2021 or 2022. Tell me why it was sent FedEx and never got it. It was stolen so the company I was with Xfinity would not replace the phone, they kept saying it was stolen. Nothing they could do so I switch companies and went to AT&T and then I received the phone and then was crazy. I thought the container the empty box of the iPhone with the one terabyte and tell me why it was sent June 11 and they still haven’t received it. I haven’t reached out to the customer just because I’m waiting to see because it said no more information from the post office, and no no request from the customer. They’ve been waiting so long, so yeah that’s kind of funny isn’t it? I wonder who’s really behind that Dave Lol
