WOTC is in a greedy race to the bottom... against themselves. It's obvious Hasbro is forcing them to spam more sets than there is organic market demand for. They've exhausted the demand for Secret Lair and special edition cards, decks, collector edition packs and foils etc. They've raised prices (the last thing you want to do when demand is drying up, but again obviously Hasbro has ordered them to maximize revenue short term regardless of the long term damage to the brand and business). The only lever/knob WOTC has left to yank on is power creeping themselves. The era of MTG fans trying to buy and collect (nevermind trade!) cards complete sets is over. It's impossible and unfun now. WOTCs is left with only two businesses: #1 slowly proxying their own restricted list over time while waiting for the 90s collectors to literally die ie stop complaining about reprints destroying collection value. #2 quickly power creeping new sets, especially the Universes Beyond IP to stimulate buying demand artificially.

A strong way to avoid decking out is to have two or more Oracle of the Alpha ETB triggers to get some Timetwisters and Timewalks. Saiba Siphoner could also be nice in this package and Timeless Witness.

Small thing, when we have song of creation and flubs on board, I’m pretty sure you can stack it so that the flubs trigger resolves first and then the song, so you wouldn’t have to discard

flubs secret is plot, foretell, madness, hellbent, flashback, and escape. just drop good cards in the colors with those keywords and the deck plays itself. hitting mizzix master for 19 spells on turn 4 is always a treat.

Wanted to build around Flubs as well as soon as I saw him. A great card in it for me is Living Twister. You can manage your hand cards early game to abuse Flubs better ad not get stucked and it's a decent finisher late game.

Taking out the Graveyard land things is a good point not gonna lie I can see getting stuck atleast with the strategy your going for, I think I might keep them in my paper deck just because I kinda wanna slow down and play with discarding a bit more this deck seems really optimized for keeping the draw chain going without ever needing to discard and that is better to not include the Graveyard land things but I do think there is a version of this deck that also intentionally plays into the discard meaning Graveyard land recursion can actually give you a pretty good discard based engine, may be less optimal though. Love the deck though I'm going something similar with main gameplay being land based and impulse draw but with a bit more intentional discard in the mix although you are definitely making me consider more Adventure cards

I put in [Struggle // Survive] in mine. Serves as slow removal and also 2 mana shuffle both graveyards 😁 although at the rate your deck exiles itself, that might not add much to a turn! I do wonder, why doesn't Flub's draw trigger kill you with nothing in the library?

I threw together a helga, skittish seer deck for brawl and it’s pretty fun. I think it will be better in commander though, most the decks I go against in brawl are removal tribal and you really need her to live for a while.

CGB, did you consider Ashaya, Soul of the Wild as an include? It'll turn all your nontoken creatures into landfall triggers and turn a few dead drops into mana neutral plays and eventually into more mana advantage once you have enough Lotus Cobra style effects. If you did consider it and decided not to include it, I'm curious why. Is it too high costed, or are there other reasons it doesn't work out for Flubs?
