Earlier this year I decided to invest $100,000 to hire a legit CEO coach
I believe that this $100,000 investment is going to make me more than $8M back... that’s a 80x return!
In this video, I summarize everything I’ve learned from spending $100,000 on a business coach so you don’t have to.

The major role of a coach is to bring you awareness of yourself and your potential and helping you take action! Sadly a lot of coaches don't really coach but they just play the role of an teacher, telling you what to do and what to not. Coaching is more about listening and helping you clarify your thoughts, principles and priorities encouraging you to do what YOU want according to your goals!

I love this. I run a piano teaching business and it's a part time venture/side hustle. Most of the profits go on piano lessons for me so I can improve my playing and stay ahead AND business coaching. Books are good but personal coaching is is tailored to me and my gaps/weaknesses. Cheers Noah.

Ok so a question: what are the KPIs on your coach? as in, how would you measure that at the end of your coaching, his direct advice helped bring in 10% more revenue (or whatever the goal was)? P.S. shout out to Jeremy - I really like your titles and thumbnails ;) P.P.S Noah, no joke I have left 2 comments on YT in my life and both have been on your channel so just wanted to say your (and your teams') videos are great and thank you thank you for all your honesty, advice and no bullshit attitude. I love them!

Great work Noah, here are some tips that I think can help you: I agree with you about thumbnails, in my opinion, it looks little gloomy, try to change the backhground for more bright colors, let them be more fresh. Try to add effect of novelty to your videos by changing the recording place, record one video in your home studio, next in AppSumo studio. Try to use "In this video" part for KZbin Shorts to promote your channel.

Depends on your budget and the EV (expected value). As Noah pointed, for him a 10% increase is 8m bucks. So that should cover the price pretty much.

Na you gotta be transparent, it's super insulting to people when you imply they have a say when they don't. I hate when my boss would say something like that and I didn't know if I should continue wasting time considering my idea or move on to what they are asking for. Besides, corporate nonspeak goes against the "improve the focus of meetings" and "don't waste time" tenets.

Hi Noah, you need a buffer level of employees. You're so far ahead of the growth of the employees you talk about that you are wasting your valuable energy on translating down to staff who are living years behind you. I love watching you shine. Find a translator who preaches your vision to the masses.

We always need coaches. I am a HS teacher and Even I need different coaches on different areas. I am working on growing my channels and my biggest learning is to realize that you need coaches, but that you also need to realize that new coaches are needed are I grow. Alain
