@B S I'd say pretty bad, at least for me. Symptoms are apparent when you feel the burning on your lip, or start feeling an itch or something bothersome that doesn't go away. I have learned lately that I need to always moisturize my lips because mine are probably triggered by weather and dryness. But everyone's triggers are different. Some come from lack of L-Lysine too, so people will take Lysine pills. I haven't had one in awhile because I've found out what the problem was, but the scar marks they've left around my lip line are embarrassing for me.
